Just tried a Mt Macedon pale Ale made by Holgate Brewhouse. It was fantastic. Would anyone out there have a recipe similar to it. I have JW pale malt and crystal at home and willing to buy others grains if needed. But what other grains would i need? Also they mention on their website they use a London ale yeast (easily obtainable) and "generous additions of zesty american aroma hops". So what are these zesty american hops and how can i generate the hop profile for this beer.
