hello there
after 3 weeks in the bottle with a mangrove jack's craft cider kit, i've got a brew with minimal carbonation and a lack lustre taste. Initial fermentation was a bit sluggish but after adding more yeast, i had 4 days of decent bubbling. total of 11 days in the keg. after bottling with carbonation drops, the cider is clear, rich golden with a clean, fruity odour. But it lacks 'bite' and bubbles....
any suggestions for next time?
