My Xmas bevy is my 2nd BIAB, kegged gassed and ready to go.
Of more personal significance, it is the beer my Grandad helped me brew, unfortunately he passed 2 days ago and was not able to hear how it all turned out. May he RIP.
But, without stumbling across here, would never have been able to share that experience with him in the first place.
He loved it, i loved it, it was win win.
Named the beverage paddy's xmas ale. If any good i reckon i will knock up a keg every november in time for the festive cheer. 5.8% so will be well cheery
