Just a reminder that pickup is this Saturday (21st April), please try to be there between 11am and 1pm.

Location is KegKing, 33 Smith St, Springvale (just off the highway behind Bunnings)
Grain pickup will be from the warehouse door (essentially straight inside the main gates) so it should not be a problem if there is a bit of rain.

There should be beer on tap in the shop, and some stuff to look at inside the shop - Kee will also be there on Saturday, brewing some beer.
When you pickup the BulkBuy grain, I suggest you talk to him about their grain (by the bag) prices since it may mean that I don't need to run Bulk Buys in the future. :)
 
Kee's prices are pretty good by the bag. The GP is only $5.00 more than the bulk buy price. That's not too bad in my book.

I dunno about that, it's still more expensive than buying in bulk.
However the the increase in price is compensated by the time/effort/trouble of organizing a bulk buy and being locked into the times/terms set for the bulk buy.
 
For anyone desperately waiting to.meet the famous citymorgue2 & shower me with beers ill have my 2 kids with me tomorrow so should be easy to spot ;)

Anyone with a gripe can ignore the above and pretend im not there :lol:

Lol. The post was more for the pwople.im splitting grain with. But funny though. Grain bb somewhere near a park. All tgese dudes with kids drinking beer, talking about grain wtc. It would.be a mssive king of the hill intro!!

I take it that Kee is from kegking? If so, are these bag prices on the net somewhere? I'm not seeing grain prices on the kegking.com.au website <_<

It's virtually next door to a bit open area of grass and trees - but given the number of dead people it's not usually somewhere where kids are allowed to play.

Kee is the Proprietor so the man to talk to there.
The grain prices (and lots of other stuff) and all the details are not on the website, which is why I suggested talking to him tomorrow.

B.A.R. grain unloaded, double checked, all present and accounted for, no mix ups this time around (except for a bag of MO with a slight 'sticky tape' after taste)!!!

Lovely lager by the way, hope you enjoy my humble contributions to your cellar. The '2012 harvest ale' will as likely as not lose it's hop punch in another month or two...it is 3 weeks in the bottle so should be close to being good to go.
