Think I remember seeing that PBW is no good on aluminum just in case anyone is thinking of making their own. Also anyone wondering if they will ever get through 25KG remember it can be used for so much more than brewing, swmbo can use it in the washing machine and god damn does it get stains out of kids clothes! It's very handy stuff!

okay im probably going to cop it for this but what is it that PBW does that Sod perc on its own wont? I use both usually using napisan for cleaning fermenters etc after brew day and PBW on my kettle and to recirculate through my herms coil.

Dont know why I do I suppose because my PBW cost a lot more than my napisan.

i will get a price on Sod met tomorrow and you can add that to your order if your interested.
