Marzen & Oktoberfest Bier

Gday! I'm mad keen on German Lagers and recently I've discovered how good these Marzen / Oktoberfest beers are. I fully love the rich and complex malt flavours inherent in these styles.

Has anyone got some amazing Marzen / Oktoberfest recipes they'd like to share?

hey karl the only one ive brewed was the jamil recipe out of brewing classic styles and that turned out great.i used the wyeast octoberfest yeast and was rather ordinary out of the fermentor but 6 weeks of secondary really cleaned it up and it was awesome.
