Am looking for something around 4% with heaps of mouthfeel and smack in the face hops. Do people think i'll get away with this?
I will No Chill, so 20min hops added 5min before end, 5min will be cube hopped.
Dry hops in 2 stages, 1st on day 5, 2nd on day 10 just before cold crashing.
