Lost Recipe

Need some help on making a brew i have lost the recipe i was given to make a partial "Aussie Ale"

These are the ingredients i have purchased for the original recipe just can't remember how much hops and what not.

500g Vienna Malt
500g Light Dry Malt
3kg Light Liquid Malt (Think it's light as there are no sticker on it)

I have currently in the freezer the following hops

Saaz
Nthn Brewer
Pride of Ringwood
Hallertau

Any sugestions would be great

Auisse ale bitter with por 60 min and thats it


For a better beer bitter with por or nothern brewer to about 30 ibu at 60 min and add sazz and hallertau at 20 min same amount and 10 min with some sazz at 2 min and dry hop with more hallertau at 0 min
