Looking For Recipe Ideas

I have a couple of cans of goo and am looking for a suggestion, I plan to go to brew by you Monday lunch time.

The cans are:
Muntons Irish Cream Ale

and

Muntons Export Pilsner

in my supplies cupboard I also have one bag of coops BE2 and a bag of mixed DME (ale blend allegedly)

Looking for hops additions, or other flavours.

What about Vanilla bean into the Irish Cream Ale?
