Great pics. On day I hope to visit the LC brewery too. Did you notice if they shut the hopback lid? Did they run the whole batch through it?

I was there for a couple of hours , brewing was well underway by then
No the hopback lid was not closed all the time I was there , I noticed this because there were several doves on the rafters above it

Perhaps the hop addition I am missing
