Bit over a case worth ov beer made from leftovers just for bit ov fun, first go at an IPA for me too, basically similar to how i do my APA's just more bittering hops realy hehe, what think?

12L Brew

1.7kg Coopers Pale Ale Can (Need to gt rid ov)
0.5kg Light Dry Extract
0.27kg Light/Amber Candy Syrup
0.15kg Wheat Malt (Just for Head Retention)
0.1kg Dark Crystal 270 EBC

3g Magnum @ 60 min
7g Galaxy @ 15 min
7g Centennial @ 15 min
5g B Saaz @ 3 min
5g D Saaz @ 3 min
5g Nelson Sauvin @ 3 min

Pitch onto yeast slurry ov US 05, start ferment at 24, then lower to 16 when starts bubbling, what Rogue does with their pacman yeast i think and i love their IPA, just a lil experiment, see how goes i guess.

looks interesting drew, sometimes these thrown together brews from left over ingredients are the best

Holy shit, that's a lot of hop variety.

Hehe yeah man all hops that I have used together (all fairly citrusy hops) just not ALL of them at once, I'm looking forward to a possibly complex and different flavour, will taste out ov fermenter when ferment is finished and dry hop if i feel it's needed, i can scrape some more variety in there too  !
