Hope this is the right place for this. A week ago I put a force carbonated keg on line and beer poured out from the beer out post/disconnect. Solved the problem by removing the post and putting one from another keg on. So today I went to the LHBS to get the old post rejuvenated. They put a new washer on the plunger thingo (you know, that thing inside the post with a spring on it). Tried it out this arvo, fortunately with just water in the keg. and away it went again. Originally I suspected the disconnect but had the same problem with another gun. Also disconnect works fine with my other kegs. The plunger? appears to be seated correctly and functioning properly. Has anybody else had this experience, and if so what is the solution?

Do you mean they replaced the o rings?Have you tried some food grade lubricant, safe with beer,as sold from sponsors.

Most leaking is due to poor/old/non maintained o rings.
