My entry is on an English IPA I'm having a crack at, using S-04. Hit the lid on my 60 lt fermenter with only 40lt in it! That's 32cm of Krausen and a record for me..

Whoa Nelly!

Not that I measure my krausen but that's super impressive - all the more so because it's not just due to bottle necking.

Parks would run you pretty hard. He had a 23L dunkel weizen using 3068 hit his 60L fermenter lid. Can't remember if he was also using blow off tube.

Get ready for a heap of challengers using 3068 (or perhaps other Belgian yeasts). Beast of a yeast.

I chilled my blow-off container to crash the yeast out for harvesting and it was still fermenting slowly the next morning at around 4 degrees.

won,t let me post a picture or delete this post
