It looks OK. I would think about bringing the 30 min addition forward to 15 mins or so and increasing the dry hop amount.
Personally I find single hop beers can sometimes be bit boring... unless of course you're wanting to learn what the hop tastes & smells like.

Ibus look good to me.
I use 35 Ibus in my APA which has an OG of 1.048 and FG of 1.010.
I use 55 ibus in my IPA which has an OG of 1.056 and FG of 1.012.
Yours will be fine. My guess is itll be moreso APA style bitterness than IPA. Do a minor tweak the 2nd time you brew it to suit your tastes better.
