Yeah we do supply the replacement boards.

If it's a Gen 3 unit you can simply fill out a warranty claim form here:
https://www.kegland.com.au/contacts?t=wnadr/

That will get the ball rolling.

We can send out a board but we can also bring the unit back to us for repairs if required.

If it's an older Gen 2 unit then you will have to go to the "other mob" and they may or may not have stock. If you really get stuck send us an email at [email protected]

So Keg Land can service gen 1 and 3 but not gen 2? Is this just temporary or will it be an ongoing thing?

KL never said they service gen 1 units. KK imported gen 1 & gen 2 units and are responsible for these units, from my understanding not all gen 2 units have the upgraded gen 2 boards with the delay timer... some gen 2 units have gen 1 boards.

KL import gen 3 units and are responsible for these. KL do not have to provide support or parts for units they do not supply.

That's correct. We never imported these Gen 1 and Gen 2 units so if you have issues you should go back to KK. With that said if they are not willing to assist you then send us an email at [email protected] and we might be able to help you. We might be able to track down the replacement parts and get them sent to you.

How about a 70L brew pot?

We dont have any plans to make a 70L Brew pot at this stage. I think when the Robobrew 65L units are finished we will probably see most customers go for these rather than the 65L

The reality is that the sales of the Robobrew units are killing our own sales for pots so we have to reduce this type of inventory.

What pots do you stock, if any?

Can the Gen 1 and 2 units be upgraded with a Gen 3 board?

Any chance that you will sell the malt pipe for the 65L Robo brew as an individual item?

This. Looking for a >50 litre boil kettle. Have a 3V system on gas and looking to up size my current 32 litre pot.

We will probably get keggles back in stock.

We have had some customers use these kegmenters and fit elements to them or use burner to heat them:
https://www.kegland.com.au/58l-kegmenter-304-stainless-uni-tank-pressurisable-fermenter.html
https://www.kegland.com.au/29l-kegmenter-304-stainless-uni-tank-pressurisable-fermenter.html

I personally dont think they make great kettles as the opening is a bit on the small side but as a HLT they are great. You can also then double use the HTL as a fermenter once you are done.

Having one of these fitted with a stainless steel stick element makes quite a useful multi purpose vessle for sour beers and innoculation as mentioned in the video.

Once upona a time it was all about the 3V systems but we are just not seeing these being as popular now.

This does look promising. Are there any concerns with the element scorching or other potential safety issues if left holding a temp of say 40 degrees for up to a week of souring?

We have not used the element for this application before. If you did this at a minimum you would would want to use a power controller module to reduce the power of the element to under 100watts. Is you did this then it would be ok.

These elements have high watt density and the localised heat might start killing the microbes that are in close proximity to the element./

That was my concern. Are there any plans to stock power controllers that would be suitable for this?

Last time we ran a comp we gave away a free reflux still/pot still and we only got about 50 entries so you had about 1 in 50 chance of winning. This time we are giving away a free Robobrew with this Facebook comp.
