Kegking digital display problem

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has had an issue with their kegking fridge digital display before. My old kegfridge came up with EE and replaced it no problem but the one I purchased just last week(a series 4) won't let me adjust the temperature setting at all-stuck on 22 degrees any help appreciated!
