Well I just bottled the Brewcraft Premium James Squire Amber Ale. Couldn't help it and added some things I had laying around (Crystal and some DME). I must say after tasting what I used to get my FG I am pretty happy with it so far. Now the long wait begins. Next I'm going to order some ingredients on line for a ESB recipe from GAVO. :D

Well don't just talk about it. Get cracking. :p
Now if you are to brew that recipe you will only have to wait a week or two after bottling. Mine all seem to die young around here. Usually don't make it past six weeks old. :icon_drool2:
