Judging/tasting Sheets?

Does anyone have a link or a copy of the actual judging/tasting sheets used by judges?? This may help me decide if my beer is worth entering into future comps.Thanks in advance.

the course study notes are pretty good

This link shows score sheets ( of exams ) and will tell you what they look for
