I tasted the James Squire Abbey Ale at the Beer and Brewer Expo in Melbourne on the weekend and I have to say that is an awesome beer! The missus loved it as well so I forked out $20 for a six pack of the stuff. Not sure I want to keep paying that so I am going to attempt to brew something similar at home.

After researching the beer, this is what I have come up with so far:

Type: All Grain Date: 24/05/2010
Batch Size: 20.00 L Brewer: James
Boil Size: 22.89 L Asst Brewer:
Boil Time: 60 min Equipment: My Equipment
Brewhouse Efficiency: 79.00

Ingredients
Amount Item Type % or IBU
5.00 kg Pale Malt (2.0 SRM) Grain 86.21 %
0.65 kg Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 11.21 %
30.00 gm Styrian Goldings [5.40 %] (60 min) Hops 16.8 IBU
20.00 gm Styrian Goldings [5.40 %] (15 min) Hops 5.6 IBU
0.15 kg Candi Sugar, Dark (275.0 SRM) Sugar 2.59 %
1 Pkgs Belgian Ale (Wyeast Labs #1214) Yeast-Ale

Beer Profile
Est Original Gravity: 1.070 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.017 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 6.89 %
Bitterness: 22.4 IBU
Est Color: 13.1 SRM

Anyone who has tried this beer I would love to get your thoughts!

Cheers

I'll tell you my thoughts Hoppin. I nearly drove into Dan Murphy's at Mornington this arvo, but, I didn't. To busy bustin my arse to get home and fire up a PID temp controller my sparky mate wired up for me. That'll teach me, but I will be in there tomorrow to try some out. Sorry, that doesn't help with your post.

not sure dan murphys sell it razz.... but maybe when you've got your PID sorted you'll be able to have a crack at the brew yourself!
