Hey guys, I was recently in Berlin and ended up at a German restaurant and tasted one of my favorite beers from my whole trip. The brew was called Thaddaeus Bru and I am pretty keen to try my hand at reproducing it over here. So for a longshot.... has anyone out there sampled this beer and for and even longer shot, has anyone had a go at recreating this beer and has a recipe for me to try out?
