These items can be seen across the top of the photo. The regulator is at the top, it's not the one in the box.
Notice that the CUB coupler doesn't have the "locking fitting" (for want of a better description) at the top. I think it can be interchanged with the toohey coupler, otherwise I'm sure they can be picked of from your LHBS.
