Where on the Sunshine Coast Sean? Someone close may help you.

Hey everyone, I'm sorta new. Used this site a couple months back, (think my registration expired).

I'm not very experienced in homebrewing (just up to my 13th extract brew), but very keen to become a decent homebrewer.

I'm from the border of VIC and NSW (Albury area).

Cheers.

Welcome Jaffa

Read, learn and ask questions. Great bunch of misfits on this forum. I'm the only sane one.

Cheers

Welcome Jaffa to the forum and the obsession Hobby.

Now to set things straight, I would'nt take Chappo, Cocko or Mucky to be sane at all. I'm the only normal one. :p

13th, Well I'm only up to my 27th recorded brew.

Cheers
Gavo.

Jaffa,

Sorry about these 3, Chappo, Gavo and especially Muckey...

So now you know who is sane

Seriously tho, post up, read heaps and your beer will be better for it! :icon_chickcheers:

Hey everyone! I am AGirlCalledKill - or Erin, iScarlet's girlfriend, and official taster of his beer.

He is still a newbie when it comes to homebrew but nobody has ever brewed a beer and named it after my grandmother so that's pretty special. I joined here because he joined a dancers board I am a moderator of so fair seemed fair.

I am hoping to learn a bit more about the process of homebrewing so I don't just keel over and fall asleep when he talks to me about it - it's his passion and it seems rude to just doze off when he gets onto one of his spiels.

I love beer and I love drinking his homemade deliciousness so it'll be interesting to read about what other brewers are dreaming up.

Pleased to meet everyone!

G'day all. Been reading this site for a while and getting some great info so though I'd best say hello. Just about to pitch some Proculture Liquid Kolsch into a Nutbrown so gotta run.
SG 1055

That went well I had farmed 500 ml Kolsch from my last brew bottled on 31/05/09. Fed it up to 750ml then with my SG Wort and the airlock is all ready chugging away just 20 mins later. My fastest kickoff to date.
