so last night i did a bit of a test, cranking up my adjustable MP reg + spiral burner under a 98l pot. It took about 15 minutes to get 45 litres from cool tap water to 65 degrees
however there was a lot of flames licking up the sides of the pot, so I opened the intake shroud a bit but all that managed to do was make a lot of noise and make the flames 'dance' (not all jets stayed lit the whole time)
do i need to increase the height between the burner & the pot? the gap is currently 50mm
cheers
