Greetings brew-gods,

Need your advice. Keep in mind im currently a partial masher still finding my way!

Aim: I have some hope to acheive a nice Amber Ale along the lines of that of my namesake brewery.

Ingredients at hand: 2kg Amber Ale grain, 1kg Munich grain, 500g Crystal grain, 1kg Amber LME, 50g POR pellets 11%, 50g Cluster pellets 6%, 50g Willamette pellets 6%.

Issue: I've read a few clone recipes for JS Amber on the forums and although I have close to the right hops, I have slightly different grain available.

Questions: Could I knock together something that will come out reasonably close to an amber ale? With say 1.5kg Ale grain, 500g Munich, 250g Crystal. Then bitter with the POR and late additions of Cluster and Willamette?

Suggestions would be appreciated as I intend on brewing tomorrow at some stage.

Regards,

JS
Inferior Masher

Edit: Also have White Labs London Ale yeast ready for the job too
