I need a recipe!

HI Guys

I've Had Some Hallertau Mittelfruh in my hops fridge for a while now and haven't been motivated to use it. So quite simply what I am asking is to suggest your favourite recipe using this hop so I can be motivated to use it! I brew all extract using any variety of liquid or dry malts, hops, grains, and currently using dry yeasts I have temperature control too. I'd prefer not to do a true lager(using lager yeast) but I will using Nottingham at it's lowest temp to make a faux lager. I drink anything from light to dark. It can have other hops in it but would prefer the Hallertau to be the main flavour hop.

So you've tried this? seems reasonable. Saaz might be a good partner in crime for hallertau(although I've not used it yet) I've also got my eye on Neil's Hallertau bomb. like I said I'm looking for peoples favourite, ie personal experience with hallertau.
