I've Had Some Hallertau Mittelfruh in my hops fridge for a while now and haven't been motivated to use it. So quite simply what I am asking is to suggest your favourite recipe using this hop so I can be motivated to use it! I brew all extract using any variety of liquid or dry malts, hops, grains, and currently using dry yeasts I have temperature control too. I'd prefer not to do a true lager(using lager yeast) but I will using Nottingham at it's lowest temp to make a faux lager. I drink anything from light to dark. It can have other hops in it but would prefer the Hallertau to be the main flavour hop.
