EDIT: but seriously, I could not for the life of me tell if a beer was 60 or 70 IBUs. Past 50 it's all bitter as hell. Maybe back to back I could guess 5 IBUs - but add in sweetness, and different recipes and it's anyone's guess what the IBUs actually are when they're high.
