got a lead on 6 postmix kegs 2 days ago (free) just waiting for the fella to come back from holidays, could take me up to 12.and that will be more than enough for me..cheers...spog...

4x 19L. I will be getting another 1 or 2 when I have the beer to fill them :)

Oh god how I could cry! :(

NO KEGS! :(

Aaaaaaagh! :excl:

Ross, I'll be selling stuff in the next few months so I can get's me some kegs! :D I'd l'll need to see you or Screwtop or Bindi to find out how they work (haven't used them for years).

I came home today from 3 days in Steak'n'Kidney and found some bottle bombs. That means I will need to get a Hyrd, hido, hydo, hedrp...that beer thermomenter thingy. Ferk.

Back to kegs, they rock. I remember my mates that owned a Microbrewery would lend me gas & reg, a CUB keg and ask nothing more than be able to sort out their PC/Website issues.

Anyways, I'm off to sweep up some broken glass...

Incider,
Go the keg system and you can save the $10 on the hydrometer.
I am yet to here of anyone having a "KEG BOMB" from kegging to early.

FROGMAN.

I have 12x 19 litre kegs. Could not do with out them. I remember the time and water wastage when I bottled 8(.

12 is enough for me as usually only half of them have beer in them.

cheers

Wipe away those tears little fella, and

H.T.F.U.!!!

:p

I need some more kegs myself...Since doing the AG thing i've pretty much filled all my kegs (4) to the point where i can't filter the batch i kegged today. ( could if i had a clean cube)

So must be time to increase the brew gear equipment list....I hope Ross has plenty in stock..

Sqyre will be ordering very soon.

Sqyre... ;)

That makes me feel better Frogman, I'll hold off the nancy Hydrom and do the keg dance. I'd better do what Ross does and sell some hops so I'll have the bugs bunny. If one of the kegs explodes, It'll be like LPG cylinder going off!

I have seven 19 litre kegs and two 45 litre kegs and I haven't made a brew yet. HEHE. This seemed to upset another member on another post tonight.

Here are the 45's. Post mix and CUB fittings.

I have 1 x 19L and today acquired 5 x 23L. Still having teething problems with the 19 and spent most of tonight serving up froth. Oh well shall be worth it in the long run.

Hey Rhino what's the go with that 45 having two ins and two outs? One of my customer's told me today he had one and didn't understand why it had so many fittings on it. I reckon I could have made him an offer for it but it sounded dodgy the way he described it.

2 x 22 litre - In & out of the fridge on a steady rotation.
1 x 12 litre - Having a well earned rest after cricket season
8 x 50 litre - These are on loan to a brewery as I have no need for them at the moment.

Cheers

I have no idea why it has both post mix and CUB fittings. It is handy though to have two options.

I have my 2 x 19l kegs on the go with my 4l party keg holding some excess. I have 4 more kegs on order from the States (waiting very patiently for Pepsi to stop using them... :) ). Me thinks at the moment that I will struggle to get more than 3 kegs on the go with brewing time limitations :( .
Cheers
Doug

Just bought another 19l this morning :super: . Happy days ! :)
