Hop with somethinh noble and finish with styrian goldings

Oh and the manditory candi sugar which i have 1KG of in my freezer

any help or ideas would be great

Oh and i have S-33 and T-58 in the fridge, any recomendations as i havnt used either one yet.

i wouldn't touch a recipe like this without Belgain Trappist or similar liquid yeast
it's a must include item

Have made the "Fly-Blown Belgian" with S33.
I'd recommend it.
lhbs reports that T fiddy-A (akaT58) is an english strong ale yeast with peppery nootes.
Much better to use the Belgian yeast.
Nice flavour, just don't drink the yeast. Uuurk!

Mandatory disclaimer goes here...

Seth out :p

I have made a great tripple with some WLP570 (i think thats the number) golden ale yeast i got from pumpy. It won a couple of medals but i dont have it any more.

I do have a pack of S-33 so might give it a go.

What would all the belgian brewers out there recomend as the "ultimate Belgian liquid yeast. I like them but i aint going to brew a heap of batches with 6 different yeasts to find my favrout.

I will leave that for the english bitters and all the english ale yeasts...... oo the endless posabilities :)

So which yeast is the go?

I dont have any preferences, wyeast or whitelabs.

cheers.

i don't do numbers,
but the Trappist in one of the pop packs is excellent, so is the Wit.
