I used to use a hot box but havn't for a year or so now but was wondering who after bottling uses a hot box ( 18c - 20c )to condition the beer ?
 
Yo,

Not so much a 'hotbox' but a lounge room!

I am lucky enough to have a under-stairs spot that can hold about 16 slabs, stubbies, and heating/cooling tend to do the gig for me! But now I am kegging, life is good..

Maybe a certain spot in the house is more suited to conditioning than others.... Ales, obviously.

I condition my bottles similar in the living room stacked up behind my bar.

Adelaide (apart from summer) is not too bad temp wise, probably in the high teens to low 20's most of the time.

Have had no problems this way...
