Hey peoples. I have a question on hop utilisation.
For a bm50 the default hop utilisation percent is set at 100%. Is this a average of the utilisation of all alpha acids added to boil? Or does it have to do with the viscosity of the wort? And what do you have the percent set at?? Thanks.
