Hop Combo In Apa

Thinking brewing Friday an APA of sort since I only got S-05 yeast available and being short of cash.

I 'd thinking of combining Northdown,Cascade and amarillo as bittering, flavour and aroma.

grain bill most likely
5 kgs Ale
1kg pils
a bit of crystal

Will aim for OG 1.054

What ye tink

I have never used Northdown with cascade and amarillo.

Cascade and amarillo work well together. Just add more amarillo than cascade as I find cascade can overtake it if used in equal amounts.

Maybe try 2 bits of crystal :lol:
