Some of my first harvest of sweet corn went starchy, so I left it on the stalk to dry. I now have lots of dried corn. I am planning on crushing it, boiling it (gelatinise) and using it in a CAP over the Easter break.
Has anyone tried it using their home grown corn for a beer?
