ive just rapid gassed my second batch.. its only 2 weeks old and this time im not having mates over to help me finish it..
So im looking forward to see how it improves after a few weeks.
It still however, has a "home brew" after taste which i dont really enjoy..
What would be the main causes for the hoem brew after taste? (i brewed this one at about 25degrees... Kit brew. with kit yeast. toheeys premium larger or something like that)
is the main reasons for home brew taste not a constant fermenting temp? or maybe my infection? perhapes age?
