A good amount to start with is 15g of corriander crushed and 40g of orange peel, thats around 2 large navel oranges worth when i put mine down lastweek. When zesting use a vegetable peeler and try not to get any white pith.

Then boil some DME and water then dump it in for around 5 minutes and you are done!

Try and get indian corrander seeds if you can (they are an oval shape compared to the local which are round) and they give of a stronger orangey flavour.

Better to use the dried orange peel

get it from grain and grape , see top of main page

You can also buy orange oil (the stuff that catches alight when you get a lighter and hold it in front of the skin when squeezing it) which has all the flavour in it. But go easy with it.

EDIT: WTF!
