If its got a good froth on top it may be fermenting and you may not have a good seal on the lid. It wont matter if this is the case, you dont need a good seal on the lid. The easy way to test that theory is to squeeze the sides of the fermenter, if you get bubbles through the airlock then, it is sealing OK.

If you pitched Monday night, thats not as bad as I thought, but yeah by this time tomorrow it should be moving.

Hoppinmad, you can relax. You can see a lot of froth and the smell from the fridge is quite good. The beer is fermenting and all is well. As Jeremy says, you may not have a perfect seal with your lid hence the lack of air-lock action. The air-lock is down on the list of reliable indicators as to whether fermentation has commenced. The large amount of froth you can see is a far better indicator.
