Buy a new 25 litre plastic fermenter and ferment in that before kegging as usual - is the problem still there - if yes kegging side of process - and use strong bleach to sanitise all parts in kegging process - wash many times with cold water then many times with hot water - good luck !

I have always rinsed off sodium percarbonate. Is it considered "no-rinse"? Taste can play tricks on us sometimes. There's a thing called "cellar palate", that's if a wine-maker for a length of time only drinks his own wine, weird things happen to the palate. In my case, I recently thought my beers were too sweet until I bought some popular commercial beers and realised that I was wrong. Just a thought.

Pretty sure all this cleaners, in general, need to be rinsed. I use PBW, always rinse after use.

I've never rinsed after using sodium percarbonate. Not even back when I used it, and only it.
