You'll definitely find some awesome (and copious) information here for all grain. Not to mention the staggering number of different methods to extract wort from grain. Let the forum know what you need (and search and post on the topics that interest you) and you'll get tons of help.

Hi, and welcome. Do you have gear to start brewing AG yet? There are numerous different ways you can extract wort from grains. Have a look around and decide which one works best for you and your budget.

If you're looking for a good recipe to start off in AG brewing, a very popular one is DrSmurto's Golden Ale. Super tasty, relatively simple and should inspire you enough to turn the hobby into an obsession (if you want it to be).

Welcome to the obsession. Sydney is a sweet spot for brewing supplies, clubs etc and even competitions if you want to really get amongst it.
