Hi all I'm woodie from the hunter valley how are you all going?
I've been brewing beer for around 30 years.

Hi mate,

There's a few brewers on here from your region and I believe a brewclub too. What system/method do you use?

I have just come back to brewing after a few year break, I have been trying different hops in kits and playing with mini mash and getting gear together to do some all grain.
I started when I was around 15 with the old man and then for myself when I was 18.
I got make into it a bit over a year ago and love it again. :chug:

There's the Hunter United Brewers club in Newcastle if you're interested (find them in the clubs section of the main page) they meet third Friday of the month at Hamilton North bowlo.

I now work (almost without fail) every Friday night so don't get to go any more but they're a good bunch and love to talk all things beer.
