Have been brewing 20+ years on and off, mostly extract kits and adjuncts, drinkable but not particularly inspiring. On again past year, this time All Grain and Partial. Interested in developing uniquely ALL Australian brews, using all Australian ingredients, ie.grain and hops. Any other New Englanders out there?
