Hello all, I'm returning to brewing after a couple of years off. Getting right back into it and wondering why I ever stopped!

I'd like to start by thanking everyone who shares their advice and experience on this forum as it helped me greatly when I was starting out. The techniques I use now I learnt here from BIAB to no-chill and everything in between.

I look forward to sharing what I can and continue learning from others.
