Hello all,

Been a long term distiller, mainly Sugarheads/AG and looking to have a crack at beers.

Decided to start simple a couple of Coopers Euro lagers with a few extra hops added underway, before going AG.

Have a few recon'd 19lt post mix kegs, fridge, gas and accessories in waiting...keen to see what it's like in a few weeks.
Look forward to learning a bit, especially around pilsners and lagers... great site and plenty effort has been put in!

cheers

G'day and welcome to the wonderful world of beer brewing. I recently took up extract brewing thanks to this gem of a forum. Really good information to be had. Welcome aboard,

Hello chaps.
There is quite an active community of beer brewers in the Adelaide region (some of us make that stuff that is not beer too!). We have a few get togethers and talk about all sorts of beer stuff; they are great social events. If you want to see and learn from someone else brewing, just about everyone is happy to have 'helpers' on brew day. Check out this forum for local goss: http://brewadelaide.com/forum/
