Hefe Pancakes

i have just cooked the hefe pancakes out of this months byo and theyre absolutly fantastic. cooked them with all the trimmings from the mag and my 8yo son and i loved them.i cant wait for sean paxtons cook book to come out so i can try a few more recipes out. i have cooked a few off his website before and alwys come out winners.the pancakes are the best yet though.

We did the same think up in Yakkandanda last weekend. Brilliant pancakes, although we slipped up and used double cream instead of thickened - the malt pretty much turned the cream to butter

The banana's were brilliant though!
