Ok so both are now kegged.
I tasted both knowing they should improve but a little disappointing early on.
Both are really pale, like Dam water pale. And still a bit bitter.
Brew 1 does taste better but still nothing flash. Hoping they get better over the next few days.
I only cold crashed for two days but thought they would be clearer.
Both came out about 4.3 % Abv so at least I got that right.
