Hand Pu Mps For Real Ale

Hi all,

My local (the Staff and Gradutes Club at the University of Queensland) is considering getting a real ale on. The problem is they cannot locate hand pump setups.

Any advice on where to look in Brisbane?

When I was in there last the Pig n Whistle at Eagle St had Wells Bombardier on hand pump. Now it's not real ale, it's a very low carbonated keg they send out specially and it's hand pumped for special effect. However it's a genuine beer engine. They may possibly be willing to let you know where they sourced the pump.

No other outlets in SEQ but these guys on the forum are the experts, if you PM a couple. Probably going to be an EBay job.

And just where are they going to source cask real ale from?
