Growing your own hop's

I have been thinking about growing my own hop's instead of going to my local HBS and buying what I need. Can anyone give me some advice on how go about this and how hard it is to do?

used to be a really good article on AHB about growing hops but we have lost the articles since the upgrade.

They like lots of sun, need lots of water during hot days and they love fertilizer.
