Hi all I've been hunting Belgian quad recipes and have seen some requiring GoP. Just wondering if anyone has used them before and what was the outcome? Also what's the best way to use them and how much is too much? Apologies if this has been asked & answered before

GoP are very specific in flavour and gives a perppery/spicey flavour. cant remember quantities but i think its generally around 2g.
there's plenty of info on google and some on AHB.

craftbrewer is stocking GoP now. have a look.
