Awesome, I've been thinking about using wattleseed in my next wit, but couldn't remember what it was, since I can't find dried orange peel. It'd go very well in a dubbel (think gentle lemon with a bit of a spicy zing in the finish).

Oops, I must be thinking of another Aussie favouring. Wattleseed seed is apparently choc / nut.

Yeah, I used my googlefu and must be thinking of lemon myrtle. They had native spice flavoured icecreams at this Aboriginal culture event here. Amazing flavours. I think Google has inspired me.

Pretty sure Barons have a wattle seed beer, if i remember it was pretty good fresh.
