Good day brewers.

I live in Benoni, South Africa. I joined your forum to learn more about brewing from this side of the globe. I don't brew regularly yet, although my interest in brewing started in the late 90's. Living far from home brew shops at that time and after many failed attempts I found "How to Brew" by John Palmer and so I decided all grain was the way to go.

John Palmer "How to Brew"is a good read, I have it in my collection, although I haven't looked at it for some yeas now, but got a lot out of it in my first years of brewing.

Hi - I'm from SA (Umdloti) now in Aus but much newer to brewing than you are from the sounds of things. I've not read how to brew yet, basically just went off relatively extensive online research and trial and error.
