Put down a beautiful BIAB IPA last night. Robles is next Monday I'm going away for work for a month. Question is what the hell do I do next? I'd normally dry hop after 7 days then bottle after another 7 so 2 weeks all up. Obviously I'm going away so do I leave as is and dry hop when I'm back for a week then bottle? Or dry hop just before I leave then leave to bottle when I come back? How long is too long dry hop? I'm in a predicament

Just leave it in the fermenter and dry hop when you get home. Will be about 6 weeks in total before you're bottling which is a while but not unheard of. I've done 4-5 weeks with no detrimental effect.

Do you have temperature control though?

Dry hop during the cold crash. Or keg hop if you are kegging. Extra time in the fermenter will probably be a good thing.

Cheers guys I'll leave dry hop til I'm home. Yes I have temperature control its sitting at 18c
